Details on this session: You’ve heard the life long adage, “It Takes A Village”. There are many reasons we are better when we are in connection and with community. Whether it be for business growth, awareness or support, or for community, family and social endeavors, there is science behind why we thrive in community. We’ll touch on how community impacts our brain health and overall wellness and life expectancy. We’ll share resources on where adults, leaders and community are finding joy connecting + we’ll network and mastermind! This is a time to learn about all of our participants and also seek connections and resources to living and leading at optimal levels. We can’t wait to hear from you – our village!

These are fun and productive conversations that raise awareness of self, inspire personal and professional development, and leave us energized along with creating an opportunity to connect and network with great people! This is a stand alone session in our Energizer Series. This series runs through the month of April. More programs will be added to the series throughout the year.
